Green at You is a free, European blended program designed to help you succeed in the green sector by providing training in essential digital and transversal skills. Participants can boost their employability through tailored pathways in four key subsectors:
- Renewable Energies
- Sustainable Construction and Building Rehabilitation
- Agriculture and Food Production
- Forestry
Each pathway is created based on an analysis of green market needs and entrepreneurial opportunities, ensuring relevance to today’s job landscape.
Participants in the employment pathways will earn ECTS credits from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, alongside Microcredentials from consortium organizations that confirm their technical knowledge. For those in the entrepreneurship pathways, microcredentials from both the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and other consortium partners will validate their learning.
All participants will officially be guest students at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid throughout the program.

The forestry sector is vital for generating renewable raw materials and providing ecosystem services such as carbon storage, water and soil protection, biodiversity conservation, and recreational spaces.
