The morning started with Hoca’s prayer and ofcuorse with breakfast for those who didn’t want to answer on his call. After eating couple sorts of cheese, olives etc. we went to our workspace – The Cultural Centre of Odemis. The cities population is aproximately 70.000 and what separates it the most is it’s mediteranian climate. After 7 degrees in Belgrade, 30 were more than welcome for Sonja and me. First exercise for all of us: to learn names of the participants (25). After many mestakes which includes my knowing the names of all participants except my room mate, there were activities which lead us slowly to the theme which will be discussed to the end of the week. In this case through every activity there are human rights and inclusion, and because of that we are here. The thing which shock me the most is the need of the participants to talk about questions which are too far from social and cultural aspects and are going into the things which are between biological and psichological. I was anoyed with that situation which started to take forms of religious meetings and preachures, and I have trayed to connect the theme of human rights to the media, which in my opinion is much closer to our subject. Ofcourse every participant was in the discussion because the freedom of speech in media is very important to all of us. After that there was realy hard afternoon with the new activities which were held by coordinators, and the direction we were going on suited only the organizators. There were only decriptive things, we were getting exercises, which were more like the survey for their needs and reaserches than the actual training. Anyway the programm which we got the next day sound more promissing. What is all about? Stay tuned!
Sam grad broji oko 70.000 stanovnika i ono sto ga posebno izdvaja jeste mediteranska klima.
Saznacete uskoro.
